You may place your order via our web site at any time – 24/7. Orders placed online can be tracked with the tracking information emailed to you when the order ships. Orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Avedon Colby currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. We're sorry, but we cannot accept checks. Your credit card is charged at time of order processing and shipment may be anywhere from 1-2 business days after that. Again, please allow up to 2-5 days for shipping via ground depending on your location.
Avedon Colby is required to collect sales tax on orders in WI at 5.5%.
Your order confirmation includes your invoice. Please keep this for your records. In the event that you may have misplaced it, please contact us via email: service@avedoncolby.com.
Shipping & Delivery
Expect your order to take up to 1-2 business days to be pulled and shipped. All of our orders are shipped UPS Ground service, and you should expect it to take between 2-5 business days shipping time depending on your location. So a total of 3-7 business days from the date of your order. We do not offer express shipping at this time. **Canada Orders:
Please be advised: Orders shipped to CANADA may be subject to addtional charges for duty/import tax which are collected at the time of delivery.
Returns & Exchanges

Because the internet makes it impossible for us to show you the outstanding quality and workmanship of our products, it leaves room for you to question just how nice your new garment will be. Easy enough to fix. If for ANY reason, when your order arrives, it does not meet or exceed your quality expectations, return it to us — no questions asked — for a complete refund (less shipping charges).
To qualify for a QSG (Quality Satisfaction Guarantee) items must be returned UNUSED, in the packaging and box you received them, along with the a Return Authorization Code you can obtain through customer service here at Avedon Colby. The Satisfaction Guaranteed products must also be reported within 10 days of the UPS delivery date.

EXCHANGES
If your need to exchange your product for another size, please contact our customer service center and they will provide you with the best way to make a speedy exchange. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of the delivery date, and items must be returned unworned, and in the original packaging.
